WIT (wire-in-tube) Products released

Post by RedFred »

To complement our Interlocked Lever Frame Kits, we have now released a range of wire-in-tube products, we call them WIT Products, for those who are looking towards mechanical control of signals and points.

And as you would expect from MODRATEC, there are some innovative new concepts. For example, mechanical AND or OR gates which can be used for signal slotting or for simulating conditionally interlocked signals. (We look forward to bright ideas from the lateral thinkers!) We also have a novel method for controlling points so that the over-travel of a control wire is easily handled. This makes it practical to utilise mechanical control across baseboard joints. We're working on a similar concept for semaphore control.

Follow the "WIT Products" link at the head of our web pages (or http://MODRATEC.com/wit.php) for more information. You can purchase these items on-line at the MODRATEC Shop.
Happy training,
