trouble opening SigScribe4

Hi Guys
Need help opening SigScribe4 to design frame for my layout.
The following message line appears when I try to open file.
" No JVM could be found on your system. Please define EXE4J_JAVA_HOME to point to an installed JDK or JRE."
I had previously installed earlier version many moons ago and as I am now at the stage of wiring and and setting up local control panels, I would like to use the latest version to continue with this project.

Hello signaller,

That message means that you don't have Java installed on your machine. See the downloads web page for detail on how to install Java. New computer?
