We like to be as accessible as possible to our customers, so we have two new phone numbers to help.

For our Australian customers, we have a 1300 number that is easy to remember: 1300 866 634. How is that easy to remember? You are phoning Harold at MODRATEC - your call is TO MODRATEC HAROLD - TO MOD H. TO MOD H is equivalent to 866634 on the key pad.

This 1300 number is a local call from anywhere in Australia.

Overseas customers can also use this number, although it will be at normal international rates. Simply dial +61 1300 866 634, where + represents your international access code - 61 is the country code for Australia.

For our UK customers, we now have a UK number especially for you: 0743 0011 903. It is a UK number, but you will be connected directly to Harold at MODRATEC in Australia.
