From time to time, saving an existing file(*) will result in the file being saved in the parent directory of the the directory originally containing the file, and with a filename composed of the orignal directory name concatenated with original filename.
For example, having opened D:\temp\test\fred.ss4, it will sometimes be saved as D:\temp\testfred.ss4.
I've not been able to work out exactly what combination of events triggers this, whether it is a File-Save, File-SaveAs, File-Quit, etc. The saved file appears otherwise intact.
