The SigScribe4 program provides "both-ways" locking on points by the corresponding FPL lever.
If the builder of a frame wishes to implement "one-way" locking, i.e. the FPL lever can lock the points normal or reverse but not both, then this is easily achieved by filing only one notch instead of two in the points tappet. If the FPL is to lock the points normal only, then omit the 'R' notch, or if the FPL is to lock the points reversed only, then omit the 'N' notch. _________________ All the best from "modadmin"
